Our sport specific training program is for Youth athletes, College athletes and Adults created around the physical demands of each sport with an emphasis on Vertical Training, Explosiveness, Speed, Agility and Injury Prevention to enhance balance & strength as it pertains to your specific sport. We have partnered with dozens of athletic programs in all sports to produce championships.

All School Days

from 3PM – 6PM* at Crull Fitness
 

We pick your kid up!

Grades: 1st – 6 th

Program will have a max of 15 students.

First come first serve basis.
$30/Month to hold spot. Just $10/hr.

Billed to account weekly.

KIDS CAMPS

More than any other athletic performance criteria, speed improves athletic results. Foot speed, agility, linear speed and lateral speed can be improved with quick twitch exercises. Crull Fitness sport specific trainers specialize in individual programs designed to enhance speed while improving on balance and agility. With our documented testing and results, we will not only say you are faster we will prove it!
