Winter Break is a difficult time for young athletes wanting to develop their skills for upcoming spring sports. Many athletes will lose most or all of their hard-earned progress during their time off simply because they lack a consistent daily schedule and team practices. Video games and excessive sleep take the place of workouts and pushing physical boundaries. Plate after plate of tempting holiday foods certainly do not help either!
Crull Fitness has created the Winter Speed and Agility Training Camp to help your young athletes seize back control of their holiday season. Five days a week from 9 AM to 12 PM, our certified athletic trainers will work with your athletes to develop their bodies, set and achieve goals, and to hone their skills for their specific sports. The training camp will give athletes an enormous and proven advantage over the competition when the spring semester begins. Our trainers accomplish this by tailoring each workout to the needs of the athlete, teaching new skills, and providing them with positive motivation. At Crull Fitness we teach young athletes not just to work hard, but to also work smart and have fun doing it!
The Winter Speed and Agility Camp is an excellent way to get your athlete off the couch and up on their feet making progress and having fun. We welcome young athletes of all ages, sports, and interests. Our scheduling is also very flexible, allowing you to sign up to come as many as five days per week or even just one! Our training staff is very friendly and is dedicated to helping your child become the best athlete they can possibly be.
