Coach Brian Crull (Founder/Owner/Personal Trainer)
Coach Crull is the co-owner and founder of Crull Fitness. He is a graduate of J. J Pearce High School and The University of North Texas.
For over 20 years, Coach Crull has been designing and implementing sport specific training programs for athletes of all ages and levels of athletic performance. Crull Fitness partners with the following athletic programs.

Al Coseglia (Owner/Personal Trainer)
Al is the co-owner of Crull Fitness. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut and completed his Masters at Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, Colorado.
At Quinnipiac, Al was awarded a full soccer scholarship. He was named an Outstanding Athlete in America twice during his tenure at Quinnipiac and served as co-captain his senior year. Al also was recognized his senior year in the prestigious “Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities”.
Crull Fitness has benefited from Al’s business expertise through development and implementation of innovative programs like “Loser Takes All”© for individuals and corporations, no contracts and initiation fees, comprehensive data bases of team and individual performance results and improvement, corporate fitness travel programs, supplement product availability and business/staff expansion.

Julian Holguin (Manager, II Creeks/Personal Trainer)
Julian is a 2003 graduate of Jesuit College Prepatory School and currently attends Brookhaven Community College.
Julian has participated in numerous sports with special emphasis on basketball and tennis. As Manager and Trainer at Crull Fitness, Julian has worked with all types of athletes from beginner to elite in all sports. He takes pride in helping all his clients attain their personal goals in a fun, productive training environment.

Pat Hughes (Personal Trainer)
Pat is a 1998 graduate of Nacodoches High School where he was rated #1 tight end in the nation. Pat was All State and a Super Prep USA Today High School All American in Football.
Pat attended Florida State University on a football scholarship and was a member of the 1999 National Championship Team. Accomplishments include:
- All ACC Tight End.
- Played in 3 BCS National Title Games.
- NFL/Arena Football League Experience.
